 Paddy Hughes – Founder & Creative Director 

Paddy has worked in broadcast television, digital and commercial content for 20 years and has a proven track record of taking pilots and new projects to series commissions, particularly for BBC3.

 

For television, he’s produced and directed factual entertainment shows, documentaries and scripted programmes for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Sky.

 

He’s also no stranger to working with digital talent. In 2013 he was involved with the first wave of British YouTubers such as Zoella, Marcus Butler and Alfie Deyes, producing the YouTube show ‘You Generation’ for Maverick TV and SYCO entertainment. In 2015 he Series Produced two series of the scripted sitcom ‘Jack&Dean of All Trades’ for

US VOD short form platform Fullscreen, starring YouTube comedy stars Jack Howard and Dean Dobbs, alongside British acting legend Jessica Hynes.

 

Between 2019 and 2024 he has worked with Munya Chawawa, Yung Filly, Ash Holme, ManlikeHaks, GKBarry and Harry Pinero on shows for BBC3, YouTube and Channel 4.0. In 2018 he was nominated for a BAFTA for ‘Eating with my Ex’. The show also won a Broadcast Digital Award.

 

Alongside his TV and Digital career Paddy has directed and produced a wide range of commercial and branded entertainment for clients such as JD Sports, Footasylum, Chivas Regal, Red Bull, NatWest, EE, Prime Video, Mastercard, Cadburys, Virgin Media and Unilever.

 Daniel Norris – Executive Producer US & UK 

Over the past 20 years, Dan has built a successful career as an entertainment television producer in the United States and the United Kingdom.

 

Starting with the pop culture phenomenon The Big Breakfast, Dan’s ambition to work on major shows led him to multiple seasons of The X Factor, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, and Britain’s Got Talent. In 2010, Dan relocated to Los Angeles to work on America’s Got Talent.

His work on several seasons of the show was followed by roles with American Idol, World of Dance, Lip Sync Battle, the MTV Awards, and MTV Unplugged.

 

Dan was employed by Warner Discovery to executive produce and run all of Ellen DeGeneres’ prime-time shows. Most recently he has served as Executive Producer on ‘Fast Friends’ HBO Max’s four-part competition show based on the classic NBC comedy ‘Friends’.
